Finally caught Disclosure Day now that it's streaming... Huge Spielberg fan here. Love aliens/sci fi/genre stuff. I'm the target audience! Boy was it shockingly bad. Strangely boring. None of the characters felt human. Colin Firth was terribly miscast. Goes basically nowhere. Felt like the first draft of a script that made it to screen. Most unexpected letdown of the year!

Saw a teaser this morning, and I’m more excited for this to come out than Avengers: Doomsday

Want a REAL-WORLD taste of what open source (aka open weights) models mean for the COST of AI projects? Worked on a client build this weekend - used about 47M tokens on Openrouter. If I used GOOD models from OpenAI or Anthropic (not even the big boys like Fable or Astra...) Claude Opus 5 (High) would've cost $61. ChatGPT 5.6 Sol (High) would've cost $24.98. Instead I used GLM 5.3 Flash the whole time. Super fast and honestly couldn't tell a difference from the models above. All-in API cost? $2.33. Not a typo - TWO DOLLARS. Ya'll... the market's going to look entirely different in 2027.
