Severe wx(winds 50-65mph) 3-7PM and hvy rain threat 3PM-3AM, maybe later. PHX AM sounding showed potential to support a bow echo storm complex followed by hvy rain event as an inverted trough sloughs across AZ. Model consensus on svr event but not where, when, how strong. 👀#azwx
