Authors, agents should give you a *minimum* of two weeks to get back to them about accepting or declining an offer of rep. If you need more time, ask for it! No agent should be pressuring you to sign immediately. Take the time you need and DESERVE.

very few people ever finish a novel. you know how much it takes to write an entire freaking novel? let alone show it to literary agents! finishing ANY draft is a big freaking achievement that a small percentage of the entire universe can claim it's a win <3
