there’s a reality where trump doesn’t bail the markets out this time he has excuses to point blame at now: >midterms & dems sweeping >warsh raising rates till eoy >hyperscalers diluting shares it feels more unlikely that he pushes hard now and stakes further reputation to focus on markets while knowing more hikes coming until 2027 + iran will extend beyond midterms if they start cutting rates next year he could actually sustain a rally into the end of his term demand for ai will still grow exponentially in the meantime but the winners probably different than what we predict now few months ago Meta AI didn’t even exist and now they’re a leader from everything we know about trump it’s hard to imagine he would allow for 2027 or 2028 to yield negative returns on the s&p or the biggest names pure speculation but starting to feel like the TACO is not coming this time around
