Decided to just run without tracking speed and time. Seems today's proceedings at work angered and frustrated me enough subconsciously to run my PB for the year. 🤬🫠 Been a while since I've done a sub-30' 6km and did it in 28. Guess Forest Gump was onto something. 🤷🏽‍♂️😂
