Media literacy is genuinely becoming a lost art. Wala namang mali sa kritisismo, pero the fact that she seems to be the one Filipino author who gets dragged to this extent, time and time again, is what's so funny to me. Taun-taon na lang. Alam naman na ng mga mambabasa yan.

what i genuinely cannot understand is yung paglilimita sa mga tao na wag basahin yung story niya. media literacy is knowing to draw line between fiction and reality. to understand that a book can have problematic and flawed plot & characters

Twitter is full of people who act like they've never made a mistake, inconvenienced anyone, or fallen short. Everyone claims to extend grace, especially to children, and act like they've always made the right decisions. Then you look at the real world and can't help but shake

I think the phrase "if you let fiction affect you, you're the problem. Not fiction." Should be pushed more often

hindi pa din talaga tapos mga 'to kay jonaxx? miss ma'am is minding her own fucking business. writing series of stories of her own. doing pilates (yes, queen) and probably living her best tapos di pa din manahimik mga tangang 'to

Basta, sa akin lang, kung stuck pa rin kayo sa past controversies niya every time na mabanggit ang pangalan ni Jonaxx, you are not acknowledging how she developed and improved her writing skills and new takes in her stories. She will never be enough for y'all.

I believe every author deserves the freedom to explore different genres and tell different kinds of stories. Just because you've grown accustomed to an author's usual writing style doesn't mean they're required to stick to it forever.
