Nothing beats a beautiful smile of hope. As I approached her cubicle holding my flyers, she asked--> wetin be this again; with some disdain and started complaining and complaining about hardship and all, seeing that the conversation was likely gonna be a hard one, i immediately invoked some God given charm with an electric smile. I left her enthusiastic, hopeful, with a bright smile and willing to not only vote for me, but happy to have my sticker decorate her stall. Don't play with my charm, I am warning you

My argument for Edo South remains that we haven't been able to elect our best hands into public office at the National level and that deficiency has played some role in our collective wellbeing as a people and our inability to sit at the dinner table of power conversation in Nigeria. As controversial as Sen Adams Oshiomole is, he is a very strong voice for Edo North, and while i may not be the best friend of Gov Monday Okpebholo, he appears to have taken up some level of leadership in Edo Central. Edo South being the largest metropolitan Senatorial District in Edo State will have to rise to the occasion now and project her best hands for elected office so she can have a strong appearance at National conversations. I am big on courage and that's how I have been all my adult life, I have made decisions that appeared unpopular and many times, the results are not guaranteed but I do it regardless with optimism. I am running for office at a difficult time, difficult when my party is undergoing some challenge, difficult when there are no sponsors to support with campaign funding, difficult when the political climate is unfriendly, difficult when alot of people have lost hope in our democracy but instead of tilting my scale towards discouragement, I am standing strong with courage and my true character of fighting and staying consistent what I want and what I believe in. Some days are difficult and some days are discouraging but some days are full of excitement and new possibilities too so while I acknowledge the tough days, I build courage from the days of possibilities and repeat that old saying to myself--> Tough times never last but tough people do. My supporters and members of my team see the toughness in me and that gives them the strength to run with me. I am not running for House of Representatives to try, I am running to win and we are committed to our victory. Join me, let's win together. Vote Ogbeide Ifaluyi-isibor for House of Representatives Egor/Ikpoba-Okha Federal Constituency 2027. Vote PDP!!

The weather this morning was beautiful and so we decided to jump on a bus to ring road to run some errands, i love meeting friends on the bus because their conversations are real, genuine and heartfelt. I sat beside a gentleman and just as i was about to hand over a flyer to him to begin my political evangelism, he said---> i am already for you sir, i have followed you on social media since you were a Commissioner and we all like how you do your things. We like how you to go the markets to engage with women and keke riders too I was so impressed with what he was saying and i had to video record a little of the concluding part of our conversation for your listening pleasure. The gentleman was amazingly intelligent, exposed and committed to protecting the results of his polling unit on that day. I got too in love with the conversation and I forgot to ask for his name but I know he'd see this. Hanging out with the elite is nice but getting to interface with everyday people like myself is the ultimate. So i spent my day with my brothers at Ohoghobi community as they organized a football tournament involving several football teams from the Ikpoba-Okha area. I reminded them that in 2009, my dad built 6 classroom blocks at Osemwende Junior Secondary school, Ohoghobi, gave several scholarships to students and also built a water borehole for the community. Ohoghobi is a predominantly PDP dominated area and the reaction from these gentlemen could tell that story. The tournament has just started and we will be chilling here as often as we can. One thing is clear, nobody wants to hear APC anywhere. Vote PDP!! Vote Ogbeide Ifaluyi-isibor for House of Representatives, Egor/Ikpoba-Okha Federal Constituency

There are some things that you can't buy with money and one of them is organic love from the streets. This was yesterday at Ekiosa market in Ikpoba-Okha LGA, the women were dancing in excitement, and I couldn't be more pleased to see this. The streets have decided and Ogbeide Ifaluyi-isibor is their choice.

When Ogbeide Ifaluyi-isibor was Commissioner, what exactly did he do? That's a question some have posed and it deserves a response. In response, I'll start by saying that I came into public service with a conviction: that your politics or public service must improve the everyday life of ordinary people. That belief guided me when I was given the opportunity to serve as Honourable Commissioner for Digital Economy, Science and Technology, Edo State. My time in office was just about 16 months. Not long. But from my very first day, I asked myself a question that stayed with me--> When you leave here, what will the people remember you for? I remember the first time I followed Gov Godwin Obaseki to Evbareke and Uwelu spare parts markets for campaign, the drive to Evbareke was a terrible one and that was strategic market and a strategic problem in my constituency and i felt uncomfortable. I knew the Governor felt uncomfortable too because the traders complained and while I knew that so many community roads needed attention, I acknowledged that as Commissioner, i must persuade, advocate, and push within the system to get some things done. I knew i must make my case again and again for that road until it is heard. So I did just that. I engaged. I pushed. I followed up. And gradually, we began to see results. Roads like Uwelu, Eweka, Evbuotubu, and the stretch from BDPA to Ogida and several others received attention. Some are still ongoing by this administration(I celebrate that) but the process started because someone refused to stay silent. Speaking for My People......... I knew I was not just in government, i was there to represent my people at the table where decisions were made. In Useh, access to primary healthcare was a real concern. I grew up there and the only primary healthcare center serving Useh, Ogida and environs was Useh health center. So, I pressured my colleague who was Commissioner for Health to come visit the sorry state of the health center and thereafter, I fought to include the Useh Primary Healthcare Centre in the Edo state Government and the World Bank-supported intervention programme for primary healthcare centers that quarter in that year. Today, that facility stands completed, already in use and waiting to be commissioned. I am happy to have played a role in it. Electricity was another challenge that affected me personally like everyone else in my community. Many people may not know this-->the transformer serving Useh just opposite the Primary school was donated by my father in 2008. For years, it struggled under the weight of growing demand. Time and time again, it will go bad and the locals will put funds together to fix it temporarily. So when the opportunity came for government to distribute transformers, I knew I had to fight for my people again. It wasn’t easy. The demand was far greater than the supply. But I kept pushing. Eventually, three transformers were allocated to Egor LGA, including a 500KVA transformer i installed near Useh Primary School replacing the old one. Now, the people enjoy some power, though epileptic but they are not cut out like it used to be. I am happy I played a role. In the middle of 2024, The State Universal Education Board was intervening in selected Basic education schools across the state, Useh Secondary School didn't fall into the category of schools selected for that phase of intervention but I knew I had to do something about that. Through persistent engagement with the SUBEB leadership, I facilitated the construction of six classroom blocks at Useh Secondary School and advocated for other schools like Evbareke secondary school. Construction is ongoing, but what matters is this: we started something that will outlive us and I am happy I played a role in that. Beyond My Community......... While I remained rooted in my constituency, I also had a responsibility to the entire state. And I am proud of what we achieved together.

We brought free internet access to over 60 locations within the state, opening doors for young people to learn, work, and connect to the world. Edo was the only State in Nigeria to have provided free internet access and i was pleased to have played a role. We made Edo State Government processes fully paperless, improving how government works and serves the people. Edo State became the first and only sub national in West Africa to have achieved that feet and yes! I was a part of it. We also laid over 2,000km of fibre optic cables across all 18 LGAs of the state, building the digital backbone of the future and creating internet access across the state. We established a world-class tier 4 data centre to secure government operations. For the first time in contemporary Nigerian history, a state owned a data center and till today, no state has been able to develop one. The Ministry i headed created platforms like Edo Market to support small businesses. Edo market was an e-commerce platform we built to provide room to small businesses interact with buyers and prosper their trade and merchandise. We introduced a digital healthcare software called E-clat. E-clat was built to synchronize hospital data of patients and improve patient access and speedy doctors response to medical care. When fully developed, all Government hospitals in Edo State would have a unified data system for all patients. We built Edo Innovates ( our tech hub) and trained over 40,000 young people, giving them skills to stand on their own and make them job ready for the tech world. It made trained youths financially independent and entrepreneurial. Some states came to copy what we did and we were happy to lead the pack. Why I Am Stepping Forward Again........ Public service taught me something very important: When you truly care, you will always find a way to make an impact, no matter how limited the opportunity. I gave my best in 16 months. But I have seen what more can be done with greater responsibility, stronger legislative backing, and a closer connection to the people. That is why I am stepping forward to serve again. I am not coming with empty promises, I am coming with experience, results, and a deeper understanding of what our people truly need. This experience sets me apart from my competitors. Vote Ogbeide Ifaluyi-isibor for House of Representatives, Egor/Ikpoba Okha Federal Constituency 2027.
