i’m not going to pretend that Hermes didn’t spend money on marketing and that all of their brand awareness is organic.
but it is really telling to me how a lot of the influencers pushing Grok on instagram, twitter, and tiktok, are the former dropshippers, startup lifestyle influencers and “buy my course” crowd whereas the hermes harness is literally being demo’d by jensen huang
they were able to get there by leaning hard into their open source community, creating insane high value moonshot demos and use cases that are, of course, achievable with literally any other agentic harness.
