lando had some lovely words for lewis hamilton on his 400th race, sharing how much he admires his career and how it inspires him ❤️
"it's pretty unbelievable, what he's been able to do for such a long time, even to now. to see him fighting against charles, and i think charles is easily one of the best on the grid, insanely quick, and the fact that lewis is still giving him a good fight, especially this year.
i think everyone's enjoyed the fact he was able to give charles a better performance, not just give his teammate a better performance, but also look like he was getting more out of the car, and achieving better results every time. he maybe seemed to not like the last few years as much in terms of the last few years of cars that we had, that kind of regulation. but he seems to look like he's back to normal in terms of fighting at the front, and proving that he's one of the best out there. so i think it's a pretty incredible achievement for him to fight for this long.
he's a good inspiration for many of us. i certainly don't think i'm going that far, but it's a good thing to look forward to in terms of my career. i know i was happy with one championship. but when i look at lewis, he makes me not very happy to have only won one championship! but that's in a good way, that i can look at him and see him at his age, in his form, and it makes me believe more than ever, that i can fight for many, many more years. and that's something i look forward to doing."

So now we know:
- Leclerc's camp "leaks" things to certain outlets, like @Auto_Racer_it
- These outlets put out "news" mixed with opinions to control narratives
Basically no italian Ferrari source can be trusted. Even if they get info, it's loaded with an agenda from 1 side.

Q1 corner performance from the best runs in the WET.
Drivers mainly make the difference in two places:
1. Corners
2. When the track is wet.
VER and HAM dominates this session by 0.5 ahead of the rest of the field.
In general a bit spread across the top teams. A bit dissapointed of PIA and LEC.
LIN and LAW extremely close.
Alonso doing his thing, great lap times from him. Made it to Q3.
Perez up there, he stills got it.
Corners is where GAS and COL lost it and were out in Q1. Their car is made for straights, having wet conditions reduced their chances of getting into Q2 / Q3.

Q: Has Fred kind of cleared the air? Is everything on a good footing between yourself and Charles?
"I mean, Fred hasn't cleared the air in the sense of like... me and Charles, we sat and spoke, we squashed it and we're moving on. I think we still have a huge amount of respect for each other."
"And I'm glad we had a chat. You know, now we've moved on. We've been getting along just fine as normal. So, sometimes in those scenarios it just takes having a conversation."
"There's been no demands from either side. It's just been both giving our points and areas that we can do better and support each other. And, yeah, so I'm hoping to have better races moving forwards."

Brake failure in Madrid after Monza and now an engine failure in an important FP3 in Brazil after his comments in Mexico and criticism of Leclerc.
Not dodgy at all.

Lewis’ session is done it seems, out of the car.
It didn’t sound good at all, I think whatever broke is broken properly. PU might be done.
