While this caused some inconvenience, it also pushed us to move forward quickly and strengthen our infrastructure even more. 💪⚙️
The good news, we've moved to a new datacenter and we're continuing to stabilize and improve everything. ✅🏗️ Flex Labs has always been built with security and reliability in mind, with multiple layers of encryption, strong redundancy, and multiple backups to keep services protected. 🔐🛡️ Keeping everything resilient is a top priority for us. 🌐📡

All services are back online in our new datacenter. We want to be clear: we never used our servers for mining, our previous datacenter mistakenly flagged our activity and shut down our servers without any prior notice, which was extremely unprofessional and caused this disruption. In the new datacenter everything is stable and running normally again, but our server costs have increased, so we'll need more financial support from the community to keep services running and growing. We're truly sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience and continued support.
We are continuing coordination with our infrastructure provider. All internal systems remain intact and secure. We'll publish the next update once there is a concrete change or restoration timeline.

They mistakenly assumed the high CPU usage and outgoing Bitcoin-related traffic meant our servers were being used for mining. In reality, this activity is related to normal exchange operations. As you know, due to the low sell-out of our FTK sale, we currently operate with only a few servers hosted in a single datacenter. We are already in active discussions with them to resolve the issue and bring our servers back online as soon as possible. All data is fully backed up, everything is safe, and there is no cause for concern.

After extensive discussions with our developers, we've concluded that we need to update and restructure our database and infrastructure to better meet current demand. When we first created #FlexEx, we didn't anticipate such rapid user growth, and we're now scaling our systems accordingly. The upgrade process may take a few days; everything is functioning correctly, but during peak hours with heavy user activity, you may experience some slowdowns in market performance.
