As announced a couple of weeks ago The Plague is coming to Cardano to test the possibility of the "digital state" and a successful on-chain governance.

On our last space there were some questions asked that we were not ready to answer.
We have some of those answers now.
✅What is the structure of the government?
Ultimately, this will be determined by the community. But my draft structure can be found in the link in next post in this thread.
✅What is the mint quantity?
9,975 - Where did we come up with that number?
My draft governance structure has 75 Representatives.
Therefore 1 Representative will represent 133 NFT's.
✅ What is the mint price?
$55 - $75 each
Why that price range?
1.) We want it to be accessible.
2.) We want to set up the entity with a decent pool of funds. And it looks like the ADA price will be fairly low. So, hopefully by the time they are ready to deploy the funds, it the treasury will have multiplied in value.
✅ How will this benefit the Plague?
The Plague will get 10% of the mint funds (approximately $53,635 - $74,812 in ADA)
Why? Myself and The Plague will be facilitating this experiment and will have expenses related to it. This offsets those expenses and also reimburses the Frogs for my time.
I will make $0 on this experiment.
✅ Royalties?
It will start with royalties. The royalties will go to the DAO treasury. The DAO can decide where they go and how they are spent. The DAO can decide whether or not to keep them.
Royalty rate will be decided as we get closer to mint.
✅ Wen mint?
TBA - But it will take place in May.
