Enzo Fernandez saga was the one to follow this summer, and @TheSportzine has uncovered some interesting behind-the-scenes details that led to the Manchester City transfer. Real Madrid and PSG were also involved in the saga, but not as much as the media reported. All details👇

This is damn cool. Hopefully something similar with Premier League soon. teapawt.org/i/nba/game/20880439248…

Estevao called up by Brazi, but no Joao Pedro again. Chelsea striker expected to miss Manchester United and Sunderland clashes. Could return for Leeds Untied after the break.

Chelsea fans are being too harsh on Emegha. He was playing his first match in months after being out injured and you need to look at things from that POV than comparing him to Joao Pedro. I'd say he did more than Welbeck in the game, and saw a lot of signs why he was signed.

5 of the six injured players are key players in the Chelsea starting XI. 😬 It's Hato vs Chavarria for LB/LWB - both out today.

Mike Penders and Emmanuel Emegha (except that awful penalty) were the bright sparks today. As for the others, if a 36 year old is the standout performer on the pitch, LOTS of questions need to be asked of these players. Chelsea cannot be dependent on Joao Pedro all the time.

Well, that's that in the Carabao Cup. No more cup games until January and Xabi Alonso's side will have just the Premier League to focus on from now until the end of December. Massive few weeks coming up for Chelsea. It's going to make or break the season.
