Our paper titled "Enhancing Clinical Note Generation with ICD-10, Clinical Ontology Knowledge Graphs, and Chain-of-Thought Prompting Using GPT-4" has been accepted by the J. of Comp. Biology. arxiv.org/abs/2512.05256 @WebSciDL
A very interesting study. Two most significant scale-dependent algorithmic advancements: from LSTM to Transformer and from Kaplan to Chinchilla. The advancement a paper claims depends on its baseline. We are not as good as we thought. arxiv.org/abs/2511.21622
