Sometimes you keep on living not thanks to but in spite of
But sometimes that “thanks to” outweighs all reasons for your sorrow
And I’m grateful for today, so immensely grateful for the Defense Forces of Ukraine and our allies that today has come
That’s it has come to life
I wish I knew what is happening…
But here are some moments that I managed to capture in the meantime…
I know for a fact how many of you here, on Twitter (no matter how it’s called now, it will be engraved in my memory as such) have been helping Ukrainians selflessly, devoting time, hearts&minds and resources and still do so
For that I am forever grateful&indebted
I truly am
That’s not a sea
Those aren’t ocean waves
That’s just Dnipro River, the artery of Ukraine, flowing strong for thousands year,as indestructible as nature itself, despite the massive bleeding scattered all around our homeland
It will remain where it’s supposed to be
And so will we
Sometimes the thought “We’re really left here utterly alone” creeps from behind, especially seeing the aftermaths of attacks on Ukraine, so one has to force it out; it’s not what it looks like…we’re not alone, we never were, and we never will
It just takes time we might not have
My lousy attempts to preserve the fragile fabrics of this tiny bubble of a Universe that is being washed away by torrential rains of endless russian shellings
