I wonder if the Airbnb policy change (really not that egregious, a bit annoying) will result in some hosts deciding they’re done and that they want to cash in on these homes. Will that take down the housing market?

You can ask guests to put dishes in the dishwasher, but asking them to run it (one button) is too much. Every host will jack up cleaning fees, make check-out earlier and make check-in later to cover the extra time involved in turning over a home. Or they'll switch off @Airbnb

Ask for access to their service so I can assess/review it? It feels disingenuous to just add it to my pages without testing it and I'd like to benefit from it. But, is the benefit just expanding authority on a topic that AI is already coming to me on? What's the SEO/AEO move here?
