Ein Mann soll Robert Habeck im Netz als "Schwachkopf" beleidigt haben. Dass die Polizei dann die Wohnung des Verdächtigen durchsuchte, führte bei einigen zu Verwunderung.

Not that there's anything wrong with that per se. Scientists don't decide constitutionality. To me it seems like law makers should make better laws that resolve statutory ambiguities.
