Massive congratulations to Emma who received the Excellence in Laser Cutting Award from @ScottishTTA! She completed some excellent practical work for her National 5 Design & Manufacture course! Well done Emma, Technologies faculty are very proud of you! @FalkirkHigh
Great to see so many at the P7 Open Evening @FalkirkHigh tonight. Some great #STEM learning with our flying machines and marshmallow piano!
Summer Sizzler Sausage-a-thon was a success today in the Technologies department! Thank you to everyone who helped run this fantastic event which raised over £200 for Committed to Ending Abuse! @FalkirkHigh #WeAreFHS #WeAreSausageAThon
Our cluster primary 7's came to Technologies to learn about illustrated logos. They had fun replicating some examples of 'words in the shape of the object'. Some of their excellent work is displayed! #P7areFHS #Creativity #logodesigns
A great day at @FVCollege getting some welding experience for the @FalkirkHigh Skills for Work Engineering Skills course today! The students were really engaged and enjoyed being taught by Stevie. The kit and facilities are excellent!
It was a pleasure having you all over and I can’t wait to see your designs next week and think about how to make them work!
Thank you for all your hard work and working together!
The Primary had a visit to Falkirk High Technical Department to find out about different materials. They are going to use their new knowledge to design something to keep our canals free of rubbish. #stemtheflow #UNCRC #RRSA #Article29
