Alright, who wants to make contact tracing software? I need someone who has done contact tracing, a graph database designer (e.g. @neo4j), a security expert, and some app programmers. Should take a weekend or two-three of time.

Today in #doorsng: made a view in a module with a filter, see 50ish rows, export view, spreadsheet is blank. WTF @IBM, now I have to spend precious time hunting down why. F*ck DNG. We hates it, we do.

Found it! I was filtering on a tag that was applied to the base artifacts. Base tags show up in filters for module display but not the export mechanism... So the method is different between the two? How f'ing stupid is that?

Today in #doorsng: removed attribute from artifact, but when i filter it still gets through as if the attribute value was there, but it isn't... so... what? i just wait for the database to catch up?
People, please stop using underscores in file names. It's the 21st century, we can use spaces now.

Today in #doorsng: DNG generates PDFs that can't be searched? When I try to search a DNG generated PDF, Adobe Acrobat Reader finds random words that are not what I was searching for. Anyone else have this issue?
Pascal's Wager argues that a rational person should live as though God exists. A modern day version of this should apply to #ClimateChange, because if it's real (which it is) and we do nothing (which we are), there will be infinite loss.

Found it! It's called "Last Update Date". Because of course it is.

I used to think that the pinnacle of my effect on the world would result in an interview for 60 Minutes. But now I think, only because The Muppet Show is no longer made, that it will be an appearance on Sesame Street.
Today in #doorsng: Yesterday I removed save folder permissions from most users because ppl were accidentally dragging folders to random locations. Today ppl complained they couldn't copy/paste. Turned it back on and now they can copy/paste again. 🤦‍♂️
