They gave their time & hearts. Some returned from battle wounded and maimed. Some gave their lives. All were Guardians & Defenders of Liberty. To all these women and men, these Veterans, I owe a tremendous Debt of Gratitude. Because of these Brave, we remain the Land of the Free.

The Emblem Of The Land I Love, Home Of The Free And The Brave. Ever Stripe. Every Star Were Put There By The Courage Of A Brave People. May Those Broad Stripes Ever Wave Over America's True Sons And Daughters. And May Those Bright Stars Never Cease To Shine On The Brave.#FlagDay.
They stormed the beaches of Normandy, drove daggers into the rock cliffs for climbing handles, overcame withering gunfire, rescued a continent, and freed millions from tyranny. June 6th 1944. I am forever grateful and indebted. #DDay79.
