Every day, I’m grateful for how intentional I’ve been with my brand.
One client referred a friend to me.
That friend referred another friend, same friend then referred his roommate.
This has become a recurring pattern in my business.
It’s like a relay race, with the baton of referrals being passed from friends to colleagues, from colleagues to family, and from one satisfied customer to another.
There’s something beautiful about building a brand that people are confident enough to recommend to the people they care about.
Word of mouth will always be one of the greatest validations of good service.
