All this proves is that Lewis knows how to rally a team around him which many of his former teammates have also talked about. You can see it again with exactly how he has worded his statements this weekend. Always praising and standing 100% behind the team despite his harsh criticism of the pitwall and Charles. You can call it manipulation all you want but George, Nico, Valtteri and Jenson aswell as the leadership at Mercedes praised him extensively for how he manages to build up, motivate, and inspire his team. He isn't a seven time world champion by sheer luck.
