If I'm being honest here, moonshot was really good. The people, the insightful conversations and discussions in the room. It was a wealth of knowledge 🔥 keep on re-inventing, innovating and being the best.

2 questions from a conversation with the big dawgs at Moonshot that got me thinking: -> Where’s the money? -> Is your product a vitamin (nice to have) or a painkiller (must-have)? Two simple questions, but answering them properly is a different ball game.

I can’t even make sense of some of y’all’s product reviews because the people building the products are the same ones dropping the reviews. Let your users speak. Let them tell us what they like, what they hate, and how the product actually helps them.

Jim Rohn said ‘when you work, work, when you want to play, play’ Dont Don’t do the two
You need to be stubbornly single-focused. If you are reading something, just read. If you are chatting with someone, just chat. Even when you are playing a video game, only do that. People think they are good at context switching, but you are frying your brain by not going deep into any given activity.

When I pick a tool, I don't compare feature lists. I pick the one that beats my current workaround for how I actually work. So if you build product, start by studying what users do without you. That workaround is your real competitor, not the feature list.

Most of us chase the chance to meet people, then waste it once we're there. A meeting only turns into a relationship when you bring something useful to it. Access gets you in the room, but what you share decides if anyone remembers you.

The usual advice is "just show up consistently and the audience will come." But if your positioning is still a guess, volume just spreads that guess wider. Consistency is only a strategy once you know which message lands with which segment. Before that, it's a test.
