Saudi Arabia and Russia are looking for a total cut of 10 million barrels per day, and they are looking for a cut of 2 million barrels per day from the US & others. If the US cuts 1.3 million barrels per day (10%), the rest of the 2 million could be made up by other countries.

But I have not heard him saying that the United States is willing to participate in any settlement by limiting some of our production. It is important to know what the US position will be tomorrow at the OPEC++ virtual meeting.
