We have access to @focuselearning which is fab: they all have access on teams and can model the practicals/ see the graphs ect.
Encouraging that tier 2 vocab too: accurate vs precise ect.

We used it during covid and up until this year. Didn’t realise how much I would miss it when we didn’t renew. Really clear and helpful for revision for both gcse and alevel. Was able to set some good working scientifically homework’s for ks3 using it too.

Yes, best resource ever. The stimulants are great for prelim. Excellent for setting cover/revision/missed prac..easy to share link/set up.

Yes. Use it regularly. Particularly useful for remote teaching, but I find it helps with practicals that *should* work but don’t. I’m looking at you, investigating water edexcel required practical. Try the practical then simulate to get some useful results.

Outstanding work from Mr Wells class. Class 2.10 learning about 2d vector design using @focuselearning 2d Designer and designing their own acrylic clocks. Their designs were then brought to life by cutting and etching using our @BoxfordLtd laser cutter. 👌🏻@ClydeValleyHS

Brilliant resource. We use it before or after doing practicals. It allows students to manipulate equipment quickly and easily before them doing the practical with understanding. Or after the practical when reviewing their work.

Yes, we purchased during lockdown but have used it ever since. Definitely worth the money. Used when out of a lab, to review practicals, set for absent students or for homework. Not all results are the same so they can do means etc.

I did a live demo of the radioactive sources today. I used the @PhETsims alpha scattering sin yesterday. I've also used @focuselearning so students can complete the investigations (KS3 did the electromagnets last week). #chatphysics
