sometimes life is so on the nose. i went out feeling nebulously ugly & immediately passed a stranger who called me beautiful. i was spiralling on a walk & saw a spiral of stones on the beach. i was worried about my unambitious life & saw "ENJOY YOUR TIME HERE" on a t-shirt
im sad that bpd makes it impossible to "listen to your intuition" bc it's often so delusional and indistinguishable from paranoia, the only thing you can do is to, in fact, not listen to it, it feels like your whole body is screaming at you all the time and you have to ignore it
