We validated the newly proposed cT1 TNM classification of #KIdneyCancer. Renal tumors >3 cm (new cT1b) have a faster growth rate and a higher progression rate than smalller ones. Active surveillance should be cautiously proposed in these cases unless a percutaneous biopsy is performed to rule out high-grade histology @CPalumbo87 @MicNicolazzini @UniAvogadro
