Kansas Senate rivals Roger Marshall and Adam Hamilton clashed over Trump, immigration, and party loyalty in a fiery debate that could help determine control of the chamber. Marshall leaned into the Trump agenda while trying to distance himself from the president on specific issues, comparing their relationship to his marriage: "Just like with my wife, I can disagree with her. My wife is always right. And President Trump is not always right." Hamilton, a longtime pastor running as a moderate Democrat, went further — explicitly torching Biden's border record and refusing to back Chuck Schumer for majority leader. The debate opened with both candidates forced to answer for personal controversies: Marshall over his former medical practice suing more than 700 patients for unpaid bills, and Hamilton over his handling of a volunteer at his church's summer camp alleged to have been a sexual predator. Kansas hasn't elected a Democratic U.S. senator since 1932, but this race has tightened enough that Trump traveled to the state Monday to campaign for Marshall.

Minnesota House Speaker Lisa Demuth went scorched earth in the governor's race debate, pledging to fire every single state commissioner on day one if elected. Demuth ripped into the state's fraud scandals, saying unchecked abuse of government programs has ballooned under Democratic leadership and that Minnesota needs to "change the culture of fraud." Democratic Sen. Amy Klobuchar fired back, calling Demuth's plan "absurd" and touting her own role in securing federal prosecutors to go after the fraud cases. But Demuth had a pointed counter: Klobuchar has called outgoing Gov. Tim Walz an "incredible governor" — the same governor who, Demuth charged, "allowed the child care fraud and other fraud here in the state of Minnesota to explode to $9 billion" without firing a single commissioner or agency employee. The exchange put government oversight and accountability at the center of the race to succeed Walz, who is not running for reelection. Full story here foxnews.com/politics/mass-fi…

Michigan Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed exploded at Republican Mike Rogers during Wednesday night's debate after Rogers seized on alleged ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, calling the line of attack "really quite shameful." Rogers pointed to a 2012 letter El-Sayed signed calling on then-Egyptian President Morsi — a Muslim Brotherhood member — to purge Egypt's police force, tying it to El-Sayed's stance on defunding the police. El-Sayed fired back, defending his commitment to the Constitution and insisting he has no personal or family connection to the organization. Rogers didn't back down, calling the Muslim Brotherhood "an ideology that's banned in five Muslim countries" and "very concerning to law enforcement in the United States." There is no evidence El-Sayed has any affiliation with the group.

The Trump administration ordered non-emergency U.S. government employees and their families out of Saudi Arabia as Houthi missile and drone attacks escalate across the kingdom, killing civilians and crippling airports. Houthi strikes on Saudi Arabia more than doubled in a single week this month, with airports in Riyadh, Jizan, Najran, Dammam and Abha all targeted. The deadliest barrage hit King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, killing at least 13 people and wounding more than 300. Britain has deployed Typhoon fighter jets to help defend Saudi cities, Egypt is assisting, and Israel has offered support. President Trump has left the door open to direct U.S. military strikes against the Iran-backed group, telling reporters, "We may. We're gonna look at it. We'll make a decision. We move very quickly." Dr. Oz is taking Americans into what he calls a "clubhouse for crooks" as the Trump administration ramps up its crackdown on healthcare fraud. A new 27-minute film follows Oz across the country as he highlights suspected Medicare and Medicaid fraud, questionable hospice operations and allegations of Russian organized crime involvement. Fox News Digital also accompanied Oz in NYC as federal agencies targeted senior day care centers over questionable Medicaid billing practices. More than 80 providers received warning letters. HISTORIC WARRANT: Florida issues an arrest warrant for former Cuban leader Raúl Castro over the 1996 shootdown of two unarmed civilian aircraft that killed four Floridians. Cuban American lawmakers are hailing the move as a breakthrough decades in the making. The chief judge of Florida’s 11th Judicial Circuit found probable cause to charge Castro with conspiracy to commit first-degree murder in connection with the shootdown, which Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier called a “premeditated, state-sanctioned murder of four Floridians in cold blood.” The warrant could complicate Castro’s ability to travel to countries that have extradition agreements with the United States. Rep. Carlos Giménez, the only Cuban-born member of Congress, called it a "significant moment in our decades-long struggle for freedom" — but said the fight continues until Cuba's political prisoners are released and its people can determine their own destiny. Iran is waging an information war against the U.S. and Israel through social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube — and a top U.S.-Israel geopolitical advisor says the regime is winning. Yuval David, speaking from Budapest where he joined Israeli President Israel Herzog for diplomatic talks, told Fox News Digital that Tehran has adopted a sophisticated influence campaign influenced by Russia and China. The goal: destabilize democracies from the inside when military force can't get the job done. "One of the things that it does is it tries to create a rot from within the societies and sadly it's very much succeeding in doing so," David said. His warning lands as Israel heads into an election next week — one that analysts say is unlikely to shift the country's posture toward Iran regardless of who wins. CALLS HIM CRAZY: Former Sen. Joe Manchin ripped Chuck Schumer for targeting Susan Collins in Maine, joining the Republican senator on the campaign trail in Lewiston as she fights for a sixth term in a race rated a toss-up. Manchin called Collins "the soul of the Senate" and said Schumer's push to unseat her is "ridiculous," adding he told the Democratic leader the same thing during Collins' 2020 race. The latest Fox News Power Rankings rate the Maine Senate contest a toss-up. Full story here foxnews.com/politics/manchin…

Republicans are sounding the alarm over Michigan Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed's alleged desire for a seat on the Foreign Relations Committee — pointing to a 2011 op-ed where he urged the Obama administration to back Muslim Brotherhood protesters in Egypt. Sen. Mike Lee rsaid a man "with ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, who cheered their takeover of Egypt 15 years ago, and who campaigns with people saying America deserved 9/11, should not come anywhere near the U.S. Senate." VOTER ROLLS: Newsom sparred with a Trump-appointed federal prosecutor this week after a Los Angeles County election official admitted the registrar's office "is not equipped or authorized to verify voter citizenship" — relying instead on voters' own sworn statements. The Justice Department has flagged more than 20,000 registered voters in California as likely noncitizens after cross-checking state voter rolls with federal immigration data. DOJ filed suit to force the state to set aside mail ballots tied to those individuals until citizenship could be verified. California says it follows a 1993 federal law requiring voters to attest under penalty of perjury that they are U.S. citizens — and that the registrar's office has no investigative authority to go further. The DOJ has already charged 28 people off that list — all lawful permanent residents — with fraudulently registering to vote and making false statements on naturalization applications. Most of them cast unlawful ballots in prior elections, officials said. Full story here foxnews.com/politics/newsom-…

CHAOS INC: Greta Thunberg called on followers to mobilize and donate for Paris protests just days before demonstrations turned violent — clashing with police and destroying local businesses. A Fox News Digital investigation identified 54 organizations behind the October student protests in France, including communist parties, revolutionary socialist groups, labor unions, Palestinian-solidarity organizations and international propaganda outlets. Only 16 of the 54 are actually student or youth groups. The rest are adult-led communist organizations, political parties and advocacy networks. Thunberg, who describes herself as an "autistic & bipolar climate justice activist," has expanded well beyond climate into anti-Israel activism — collaborating with the Palestinian Youth Movement on a post calling the Israeli military "the killers of children" and attempting to reach Gaza by joining a flotilla before being detained by Israeli authorities. A polling firm that boosted far-left candidates in key Michigan and Wisconsin races just admitted that it published fabricated data. Wedgewood Polling released a statement Tuesday night claiming its fake data was an "experimental project" to expose vulnerabilities in the polling industry. But Democrats aren't buying it. The outfit's surveys were cited by The New York Times and Decision Desk HQ, shaped donor decisions, and were used to pressure Michigan state Sen. Mallory McMorrow to drop out of her primary against Abdul El-Sayed, McMorrow claims. McMorrow also says the phony polls dried up her fundraising at a critical moment while reporters hounded her to quit. Former Kamala Harris advisor Mike Nellis called the people behind Wedgewood "absolute scumbags" and said they should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. The Times has since scrubbed 15 Wedgewood polls from its coverage. Decision Desk HQ pulled 17. And now investigators say Wedgewood only released its confession after learning it was about to be publicly exposed for fraud. Full story here foxnews.com/politics/democra…

Rep. Ilhan Omar resurfaced Tuesday for the first time since the raid on her D.C. home by posting a campaign video from the back seat of a vehicle asking supporters for money to "fight Trump" — but never once addressed the immigration fraud investigation. Omar accused Trump of trying to "intimidate" political enemies ahead of the midterms. Full story here foxnews.com/politics/ilhan-o…

'THERE IS MONEY TO BE MADE': Why political texts keep coming even after you block them. Political campaigns use a technique called "snowshoeing" to blast fundraising texts from dozens of different phone numbers, making it nearly impossible to block them all. Approximately $65 million was spent on political texting services during the 2024 election cycle alone, according to an analysis of Federal Election Commission records. A free tool called PACspam.org now lets you identify the organizations and texting providers behind unwanted messages and file complaints through official channels. BOLD CLAIM: Thune doubles down on GOP Senate chances, says polls 'under-reflect the Republican vote' as toss-up races tighten across the country. The Senate Majority Leader made the prediction even as the Senate Leadership Fund pulled millions from Georgia and North Carolina to shore up an unexpectedly tight race in Kansas. Republicans are defending a slim 53-47 majority with six toss-up races and previously safe seats in Mississippi and South Carolina shifting toward Democrats. DSA EXPOSED: A leading conservative group just launched a website pulling back the curtain on the Democratic Socialists of America's full policy agenda — from abolishing the Senate and ending ICE to defunding police and cutting aid to Israel. Advancing American Freedom's new tool, obtained first by Fox News Digital, lays out all 12 DSA policy goals with counterarguments and a visual timeline of socialist governments dating back to the 1900s, tracking which ones collapsed and which clung to power. The timing is deliberate. A Fox News Poll found 53% of voters under 30 now favor moving away from capitalism toward socialism, and DSA-backed candidates keep winning Democratic primaries. AAF President Tim Chapman calls the DSA's platform "one of the greatest threats to Americans' life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness in perhaps American history." CAMP LEJEUNE: The Trump administration has paid out more than $919 million to veterans and families poisoned by toxic drinking water at a Marine Corps base in North Carolina — settling roughly 3,300 claims since January 2025 alone. For context, the previous administration managed just 459 settlements totaling $59.6 million over more than two years. The acceleration is staggering. Full story here foxnews.com/politics/trump-d…

Brad Lander, the progressive congressional candidate who upset Rep. Dan Goldman in New York's Democratic primary, says he was detained by the Israeli military in the West Bank while harvesting olives with a group of rabbis and volunteers. Lander, a former Democratic Socialists of America member backed by NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani, posted from detention that "the occupation is a crime under international law" and that "harvesting olives isn't a crime under any law I know." He's set to represent New York's overwhelmingly Democratic 10th Congressional District next year. He's not the only Mamdani-backed candidate to clash with law enforcement. Socialist candidate Darializa Avila Chevalier, who defeated Congressional Hispanic Caucus Chairman Adriano Espaillat in their primary, said she was knocked to the ground by NYPD officers during a protest against federal immigration authorities earlier this month. FRAUD CRACKDOWN: The Vance-led anti-fraud task force is set to announce criminal charges against more than 40 defendants in an alleged $40 million SNAP fraud scheme — part of a sweeping effort that has uncovered $260.7 billion in fraud since Trump took office. Since January 2025, sources tell Fox News Digital the administration has identified more than $641 million in SNAP fraud alone. More than 1,000 retailers have been banned from the program for criminal trafficking of benefits, nearly 5,000 others have been suspended and fined a combined $44 million, and over 2,200 illegal point-of-sale devices have been destroyed. Officials estimate those actions have prevented more than $5 billion in potential fraudulent transactions. Vance is expected to detail the charges at a press conference Wednesday.
