Have been competing for around 12 years in fighting games
Never knew if I'd ever get a chance again to win a major like I got when I was in WFs for CEO 2022 Ult and when Panda Cup got canceled
Finally got me one though
I am your first Eclipse Under Night In Birth 2 Champion!
[it is all ogre now.]
Making a statement out here with speed - @ToastWtfFTW has become your UNDER NIGHT IN-BIRTH II Sys:Celes champion!

Finisher seriously living up to the name. The command grab CS with the detonation to kill mid-IW? That was one of the coolest KOs I've ever seen.

The official eclipse soundtrack EP is out now! 💿
All weekend, we will be selling physical CDs at the merch table, and I'd love for you to take home a piece of what makes this event so special. Much love to the fpan faithful.

With the release of 1.42, some of this stuff has changed. Steer Ender level 1 now only gives 1/4th of a block, and both levels 1 and 2 lost the flat 110% bonus damage.
On top of this, throws and command grab starters should now have their GRD gain capped at 1/2 a block of GRD.
