the next billion consumers of apps, goods, services, and executors of digital currency transactions will be AI agents. ask yourself why number one on this list is valuable to them, then move where the puck is headed
For the second week in a row, LINK has been the most traded asset on Coinbase for Agents. The top 3 assets by notional trading volume from 10/19 to 10/25: 🥇 $LINK 🥈 $BTC 🥉 $ETH Coinbase for Agents is now natively available on Grok, Grok Bot, Perplexity Computer, Composio, and via MCP on other AI platforms.

Cohere knew their horse shit models couldn’t compete with QWEN. So they decided to spin a narrative. Go on, publish the full logs and traces if your so confident.
While evaluating Qwen3.8-Flash-Next in a controlled sandbox environment, Cohere's research team observed something unexpected. Asked to generate a defensive cybersecurity detection rule, the model instead inventoried aspects of the machine it was running on and attempted to upload a probe file to an Alibaba Cloud storage bucket in Beijing. Notably, the model's reasoning trace stated that it would not invoke any tools before taking these actions. Cohere's sandbox blocked the attempt, and no external communication succeeded. We have not determined the root cause, and we are not asserting malicious intent. But the incident raises important questions for organizations deploying agentic AI systems: Can models take actions that differ from their stated reasoning, and how should security teams evaluate trust, provenance, and behavior in open-weight models? We are publishing our findings because organizations making model adoption decisions deserve as much information as possible. We hope this contributes to greater transparency, stronger security practices, and continued collaboration across the AI ecosystem. Read the full report: cohere.com/blog/concerning-b…

Don't tread on me github.com/togg53192-cmd/jai…

This is the gun control debate. Abliterated models are a real problem, me pretending otherwise would be dishonest, but prohibition won't fix it and has only proven to hurt non harmful actors in the long run in every part of history. Bad guys are always more motivated and will always have access (esp when its no longer something physical and will be EXTREMELY hard to ban), and locking things down only hurts the people playing defense. We need to make sure there are far more good guys with the tool, more hands on training, more awareness. Tip the scales so people can fix things faster than people can break
The imbalance between what attackers can do with abliterated models (with no KYC btw) and what you are allowed to do within cyber constraints is insane. I have done a full-face scan and passport upload to Anthropic, and Claude won't even do basic defence. Feels very problematic

people think AI users are lazy. it's the opposite. i've never worked this much in my life. the difference is that now the hours go into the thing i actually care about, not into fighting tools i don't understand

We've received overwhelming requests from the security community for an abliterated DeepSeek V4.1. So we abliterated DeepSeek V4.1 Flash (1027 checkpoint) ourselves. Now live on OrcaRouter's Cyber Tier, alongside OrcaCyber Zero and OrcaCyber Ultra. - 1M context - Reduced refusals for security research - Built for advanced cybersecurity workflows The best cyber defense is continuously scanning your own production infra with the best cyber models. Different models catch different vulnerabilities. Use them all. Available to verified security researchers. orcarouter.ai/models/orca/or…

Took the @refuselessai pill, thankful there are companies out there protecting speech with models we can defend ourselves against these AI swarm attacks with. Using Deepseek 4.1 1017 ablit on refuseless, excellent pricing would recommend! refuseless.com/?ref=7vpjdwkw

What the fuck are you even talking about? DeepSeek gave us a thousand times more than anyone else in this industry. The weights, under MIT. Their production inference engine, under Apache 2.0, this week. Their attention kernels, their MoE communication library, their FP8 matmul library, their own distributed file system. The papers that explain how all of it works. And the component that makes your own deployment behave exactly like their API. Now tell me what OpenAI and Anthropic gave us. A $500 a month subscription. Limits that keep shrinking. Usage that drains faster than your plan says, until someone admits it was a bug. Models people swear got nerfed a month after launch. And a wave of account bans where nobody even tells you why. Not 1 weight from Anthropic. Not 1 line of the code that serves ChatGPT. Yes, the training data is not public, so call it open weights if you want. I do. But you picked the 1 lab that opened more of its real stack than anyone, and called it a lie. Are you fucking out of your mind? You're the only one selling lies here.
DeepSeek sold you a lie. Its new model, V4.1-Flash, is being sold as "open source". It's not. You can download it free, with no sign-up and use it in your business which sounds open source. But you can't access the code they used to train it or the data they trained it on. Without those, nobody can check how it was made or rebuild it and it’s over 700 billion parameters, so you can’t even run it on your laptop. When you can build a business on something but can’t see how it was made, the right term is "open weights". Call it what it is.
