I've seen this issue too in s03e01 where Rebecca and Keely are having lunch, Rebecca's brightness isn't consistent. Saw it all through Shrinking, too. I've stopped watching the Dolby Vision version and am watching in SDR for now.
I never noticed that in The Simpsons s05e04 “Rosebud” the drawing of Burns is an Al Hirschfeld, hidden “NINA” included.
