I need this perception of Spanish Town to remain for at least another 5-10 years, so I can acquire more property
The business community definitely got the memo on the commercial spaces, and that's fine, but I need some more time to scoop up the cheap residential lots #oxtailprice

Spanish Town?
Where shot fire every five seconds?!
These are the prices?!
Dem ah smoke crack???!
It's appropriate since most of them are full of East Indians #badumching
Jamaica's Murder rate since 1970.
So much to unpack here
So many questions
1980? How can 1 election take so many lives?
Why does crime fall when police killings go up?
What happened in the early 2000s?
Did the descendants of the 1980s dons create the 1990s
Can we go back to 1970?
We Jamaicans are culturally conditioned to accept poor service.
Never realised this until my wife (a foreigner) pointed it out.
I've been living outside of Jamaica for 12 years, and coming back has made vivid accepted slackness.
We don't demand accountability and get nothing
Many are totally dependent on their income to make ends meet, and a challenge will put their job security into question.
I've seen an employee beg and bawl for his job after being confronted for bad behavior with a customer.
Many employers are not aware of their attitude.
Let's make it a habit to call out bad service and let employees and companies understand the consequences of not prioritizing proper training and workflows to improve customer experience.
This rant has been inspired by @ScotiabankJM , u have been getting away with murder.
There have been too many issues happening at @ScotiabankJM in recent months. I would love to see a media company do some real investigative reporting to find out what's going on. @televisionjam1 @rjrnews @NationwideRadio @CVMTV
Just search X. Imagine how many are unreported
Scotiabank @ScotiabankJM @scotiabank lost my incoming $US wire.
3 wires in 1 month and only 1 can be found, despite the traces from the sending bank showing nothing changed in the sending details.
Despite about 4 escalations, all closed with lies about the incorrect SWIFT code.

All of them, when presented with the traces, SWIFT receipts, and the fact that an exact transaction was successful with the same codes, just promised to call me back if they found out anything new.
And the one responsible for addressing escalations closed it with a made-up reason
This is the same month I had to go into the bank to change my card because of fraudulent charges

Thought it was just me; I had to replace my card, too. I only have this number on Gmail, YouTube, Highway 2000 T-tag and FLOW online top-up. So if you don't share any of those subscriptions, then it might be a internal Scotiabank leak.
OK Auto response @ScotiabankJM. I already spent at least five hours talking to customer support.
I doubt Twitter customer support is any better

AI agents aren’t coming. They’re clocking in. 🤖⏱️
Inference costs just collapsed to nearly $1 per compute hour with Minimax 2.5 level pricing.
That changes everything.
At this price point, autonomous agent frameworks like OpenClaw can run continuously without enterprise budgets.
Introducing M2.5, an open-source frontier model designed for real-world productivity.
- SOTA performance at coding (SWE-Bench Verified 80.2%), search (BrowseComp 76.3%), agentic tool-calling (BFCL 76.8%) & office work.
- Optimized for efficient execution, 37% faster at complex tasks.
- At $1 per hour with 100 tps, infinite scaling of long-horizon agents now economically possible

Why am I just learning about git work trees?!?
90% of the time I use git stash, I could have just created a new worktree
Hey @cursor_ai ,
That button that generates git commit messages, I'd like to give it the context of one of my chat windows.
I hate when it writes commits on just the code changes.
I usually ask for git commit messages in the same place that has my conversation history
