Thank you to our incredibly generous sponsors! Your generosity allows us to work on our mission to inspire youth to find and pursue their passion for STEM.
Last week we were able to talk about FIRST, The Quadrangles, and our robot and the technology behind it to 300+ rural high school students attending a Crane STEM Career Fair at Westgate. Afterwards we were able to tour a part of Crane Naval Base where one of our mentors work!
Callout is tonight! Join us at the MESH at 6pm. See thequadrangles.org for mor information
Love our amazing sister team!
Great Day 2 at CRI! Autos worked, driving was great, ranked 3rd, Captain of 3rd Alliance. Round Robin tournament was cool, unfortunately did not make Finals. Won Outstanding Team Image Award! Thank you to partners Phantom Robotics, @14596XLR8 , & @thefirewires
Last weekend team members exhibited robots and some unusual 3D printers of ours at the Midwest RepRap Festival in Elkhart. FRC Team 1501 joined us in explaining FIRST to 3D printing enthusiasts from near and far who really enjoyed our “World's Fastest 3D Printer” and “Big Delta”.
We didn’t know if we would survive after losing our location/robots/money/equipment/materials. But with the help of many, including @FIRSTINRobotics @IULuddy Raymond Foundation @CoFoundationBMC @DoDstem @NAVSEACrane @SCIKiwanis @BloomingLabs @teamthrust1501 and others we’re back!
We love the STEM Bus and our mentor who volunteers for it!
So much fun at @UniversityElem this week! Such amazing parent volunteers, dedicated teachers, inquisitive students, and an AWESOME science lab to boot! Check out our @microbit_edu accelerometers and drone drop wind tunnel! 🎐💨⌨️👾
We are looking for new members to join us at our new location for our 12th season of competition! Callout November 28 at 6pm at IU Mesh, links.thequadrangles.org for info
