If you want a new perspective on what communities do-check this out. Not only did we have 87 kids and numerous parents at the CowBar Junior Parkrun this morning, but 2 of the 18 volunteers swept the path to make sure the leaves 🍁 were cleared. That’s dedication.

Somewhere in the misty morning air is Exeter's FREEMOOVEMENT running group. I clearly missed a misty one. Well done to those that found their way out and back. Top JOB!

Lovely little run this morning with the FREEMOOVEMENT group. I swear those hills are getting easier, but don’t take my word for it, Strava A.I. says so!

Wonderful pictures from our (Exeter's) monumental early morning running group. Look at those happy faces and the daffodil yellow Cathedral! Stunning. Well done everyone...

This is brilliant from Carol Vorderman. The media helped facilitate the rise of the populist far-right in Britain 👇

It's not everyday you have a chance to celebrate the 90th birthday of one of your community fitness projects attendees. 3 years on she still turns up every week. True inspiration.....
