I pre-sold almost all my digital products. Mainly because I wasn’t sure about what to include and also I needed to see the committment from my users to give the committment myself. I sent an email saying what I was planning to do and added a buy button.

I think some people are just paralyzed by the speed of innovation.
people claim AI levels the playing field when it comes to coding, but it seems like some makers are WAAYYYY more productive with AI than others? I see some people still struggling to ship new features, while others are quite literally shipping dozens a day

The Nvidia Sparks look 👌👌👌
DGX Spark number 4 is here! Ready to extend the cluster and test DeepSeek V4.1 1017 on it! 🔥

I try to grill outside in summer and winter due to that number
I think in 10 or 20 years the kitchen and living room combo layout will have disappeared from most homes Cooking is the primary source of indoor air pollution and you're essentially releasing microscopic toxic gases into your living room and the rest of your house On top of that 99% of kitchen vents don't do anything That is, unless we invent some better air cleaning system for kitchens that actually work

Flip phones: The ultimate luxury
Observation: the smarter everything gets, the more valuable dumbness becomes. I think “offline” is about to become a luxury feature, the way a mechanical watch or a paper notebook became a status signal once everything else went digital.

If you want to invest in AI but don't know where to start look at this graphic from Nvidia. What @dannypostma is saying is the ripple effects on the Applications layer.
Just had a call with a photo editing service which made me realize the second order effect of AI is taking way more jobs. HeadshotPro taking photographers jobs, which take away photo editors their jobs which reduces Photoshop licences. Down and down and down. Gemini now doing photo creation taking our job. All in Google it is.

The age of DIY games/series/movies is upon us
🚨 Fable 5.5 just made a 66 sec animated short film, with zero image models every frame + every sound = python it wrote itself fox, paper birds, clouds, lettering, score, sfx, all of it > 1920×804 · 24fps · single html file > no gen images / no stock / no samples / no font files > ~2h40m of autonomous work < not ghibli level, and it told me so itself lol >

This is great. Does this create multiple Hermes instances though? I still struggle with having more than one Hermes agent, whereas Grok makes it easy to have multiple "specialized experts".
Hermes can now import your whole Grok Bot setup with one command @Teknium just merged it into hermes-agent main: - hermes migrate grok-bot - your routines become Hermes cron jobs, same schedule and time zone - skills, memories and your bot's role come with them - routines arrive paused, so nothing runs twice while you switch - no logins handed over: each bot writes its own export It also works for OpenClaw, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and OpenBot. Just run hermes migrate and it finds what you have.

This is mostly true, but the 20% becomes even more valuable and the main differentiator. E.g. I run a podcast but still do the curation and the speaking part. Maybe the editing or the sponsorship outreach is automated, but the core is still me talking into a mic. Could AI do it, definitely. But will people realize and be annoyed by it? For sure.
Technically, AI can run any human activity in the economy autonomously, says Ben from Polsia. Here's what he means by AI running 80% of a company.

This is my realization as well. Opus 5.5 is currently the best daily driver for everything IF cost is no issue.
Super interesting Benchmark. GDPx measures how well AI agents handle 206 challenging tasks across 11 economically valuable fields, including chip design, software engineering, finance, and biology. But here's the interesting part: Opus 5.5 wins with 12%, closely followed by Gemini 4 Carbon with 10.9%. But while performing just 1.1% worse, Gemini 4 is about 4x cheaper than Opus 5.5. So cost-performance wise Gemini 4 wins by a lot.

Here's an idea: What if we spend LESS time at the screens? Voice if you can Typing if you need Mumbling if this YC Startup makes it
it’s kinda ironic that the most productive way to work with AI is the one you can’t use at the office talking to Claude is way faster than typing but nobody wants the whole room hearing every prompt so most people just go back to the keyboard at like 40 words per minute but these glasses get around it in a pretty clever way you just mouth the words without making a sound and the glasses type out what you said at 200+ words per minute (they use radar to read your face muscles) unironically i think this could be a real productivity boost for a lot of companies

You should sell all your USD, BTC and Gold then. By this definition, nothing is secure.
If every digital asset can be hacked, what is actually left? I believe compute will become both the main asset and the currency of the future. In that world, AI drives all productivity, and compute is the machine that produces it. That is the exact reason I am stacking as much compute as I can right now.

C'MON! This whole "AI will hack everything scare" will also help us uncover sloppy behaviour from brands
❗️ Lenovo's ThinkPlus FU100 fingerprint stick was marketed as "hardware encrypted" with AES-256, but inside was an ordinary SD card with nothing encrypted. The fingerprint only switched on the USB link, researcher Xusheng Li found. Lenovo's stopgap fix covered the card in epoxy.

Really inspired by the “AI agents reading your emails” part. What if we sent newsletters for AI agents in the future. Heck, what if all type of content we produce will be AI agent first?

Open source fixes this imo
We are going to drive cost per task to zero. We will not allow a duopoly to tax humanity on intelligence. We trained on humanity’s data, the least we could do is give back and let everyone prosper.

BREAKING: Employers worldwide are pulling back on AI as they navigate a flood of errors and low-quality work that sap employee time, raise privacy and security risks, and drive up costs, per the Guardian.

I think one thing we might be underestimating here is the “humanization of AI”. What if AI understands the exact triggers that make us human or trust humans? If we ever reach that point, we won’t be able to differentiate. What will it mean to be human or man made?
High fashion is not exactly my usual territory but look at this... Prada’s entire holiday campaign was drawn by hand. Probably the biggest thing they put out all year and the whole point of it is that people spent bloody ages making it. This is what all the doomers are missing about AI. Once a machine can make the image for free, the thing that sets you apart is that a human did it. Human craft becomes the luxury good. Prada have worked it out before most economists have. Funnily enough I wrote about exactly this today... what stays scarce when intelligence is free. I'll link the full piece below for anyone interested

Always use top models to challenge each other. You’ll get the best results!
Grok Bot, Claude Code and Codex are helping me to craft a new LLM Concurrency Benchmark! Love this kind of coordination made so simple!
