$BTC: In August I called to buy Bitcoin spot at 60-64k and told you the bottom was in at 57k. I was mocked and insulted by many for simply calling out what turned out to be the truth. Everyone who followed me is now sitting in massive profits.
A few weeks ago I told you Bitcoin was trading inside a new range at 80-87k, and I called to hold the spot bags bought at 60-64k and be prepared to buy more in case we lose the 80k support. The support is broken, and this is no time to hesitate and doubt the bullish bias. It’s time to buy more. As you know, I have spot buy orders set at 76k, 75k, 73k and 72k if the market allows to visit right below the white line. We have seen several retests of this line in the previous bull market, and every single retest was a golden opportunity to buy more. Any price under the white line is bulls max pain region, and that’s exactly why I am interested in buying more there.
We are in a strong bull market since July and we did great in buying the bottom at 60-64k. To be clear, the bottom is in at 57k and that will not change. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. I see many bears now calling for even lower than 57k. You can keep dreaming, it will not happen anytime soon. I am very bullish short term and I am extremely bullish mid term. My first short term target is 93k and my second short term target is 97k. My first mid term target is 130-140k and my second mid term target is 180-200k.

Binance has committed its own balance sheet to making customers whole. I expect it to deliver. Our industry will learn from this incident, strengthen security, and emerge stronger and more resilient.
Binance has begun recovering affected assets for users and continues to work with law enforcement, issuers, blockchain intelligence firms and industry partners to trace, freeze and recover additional funds.
The company has already publicly committed to cover losses through company funds in the prior announcement.
Binance has already reserved over $6.34B of company funds to cover this incident. $5B of these funds are already held in the exact token assets that were impacted. We are completing the purchase of the remaining amount by buying token assets through market channels and OTC channels. We are doing this to match the format of the remaining token assets and address any asset shortfalls. This step can take longer because some tokens may have low liquidity and OTC settlement also takes time. We will share more progress as soon as we can.
These figures do not include frozen or protected assets, which remain subject to ongoing recovery and verification. Currently, $3bn has been frozen, with thanks to our industry partners. We are working with partners and law enforcement to recover the frozen assets.We will continue to use company resources to cover confirmed shortfall and will provide further verified updates as recovery efforts progress. Ultimately, all user funds will be verified publicly through our Proof of Reserves.
