Big launch day for our new athlete modeling system.
Big data broken down into player grades and action items
You put the data in, it spits out the action. 🫡
We’re not here to participate in the future of player development.
We’re here to define it.
This is BOOST.
This is the number one operating system in baseball.
And this is only the beginning.

And familiar faces @eli_skidmore. Keep going, kid!
Honestly too many to post. Half the roster seems to be STL/PPP players.

Baseball rewards the players who keep showing up.
The ones who get their work in when nobody is watching.
The ones who fail, adjust and come back the next day ready to compete again.
Hard work doesn’t always reward you immediately.
Sometimes it takes months.
Sometimes years.
But the work is never wasted.
Keep showing up.
Keep stacking days.
Your opportunity may arrive when you least expect it... make sure you’re ready when it does. ⚾️

Find coaches and organizations that refuse to sugar coat or wipe ice cream all over your face.
The people that tell you the unfiltered truth are actually the people that have your best interest in mind.
John McCormack at Florida Atlantic said something on my show that has stayed with me for four years. Young people do not get enough of the truth because they are always the customer. Every lesson, every showcase, every facility has a reason to tell your son what he wants to hear. Find the people who will tell him what he needs to hear.
