When donald trump ran in 2016, he promised he would protect people with preexisting conditions. He didn’t. That he would lower middle class taxes. He didn’t. That he would pass an infrastructure bill. He didn’t. That he would repeal & replace Obamacare. He didn’t. That he would bring back coal & American manufacturing. He didn’t. That he’d cut the deficit. He didn’t, he increased it. That he would build his wall & make Mexico pay for it. He didn’t & they didn’t. He didn’t deliver on any of that. And yet despite a record like that, despite losing reelection, plotting a coup, inciting an insurrection & stealing nuclear secrets, he’s the Republican party’s front runner for 2024. So my question is - why?

I don’t care if trump wants to talk before or after he’s arraigned. I don’t care if he turns the whole damn scene into a circus of his own making. I don’t care if the cult watches and sends him every last dime they have left. He’s been indicted. Today he’ll be arraigned. And it is the beginning of him finally being held accountable for his actions. And no matter how he tries to spin this, being charged with a crime is not in fact good for him. At all. That’s all I care about.

Holy fucking shit, Republican lawmakers are actually out there saying that ‘nothing more can be done to stop mass shootings’. Nothing more? They haven’t even done ANYTHING other than offer thoughts & prayers. An entire political party is just handing our country and OUR KIDS LIVES over to the goddamn gun lobby and I for one and not going to accept this shit. We need to vote every single one of them the fuck out.

Republicans want the guy who bragged about grabbing women by the pussy to be President, but think a 16th century sculpture by Michelangelo is obscene. Make it make sense.

It’s been said before, but if you don’t like abortion, don’t have one, if you’re not attracted to someone who is the same sex as you, don’t date them, if you don’t like drag queens, don’t go to a drag show, and if you don’t like that Target has boy clothes with rainbows on them, don’t shop there. No one is forcing you to do ANY of that shit, so stop trying to prevent the rest us from being able to. You ignorant, bigoted f*cks.
