This is such a cool illusion!
The San Siro football stadium in Milan has a spiral walkway, when it is being used it creates an optical illusion that the whole building is rotating

Well-written article: Broadway writers helped a school address parental concerns re. a school play. Compromise is possible if we’re willing to listen and work together. npr.org/2023/03/09/116073154…

This is seven-year-old Ellison. He has down syndrome and struggles with sensory overload. His parents used to dread haircuts until they met Vernon Jackson, a local barber. Best 30 seconds you'll see all day.

This International Women’s Day, you can make a tangible difference in a woman’s life! Globally, the number of unbanked women has dropped 24% in the last six years. @Kiva is chipping away at that number and advancing gender equity every day. kiva.org/gender-equality?utm… #microloan

I just discovered @DBtodomundo (David Byrne) curated music programs. His cheerful optimism, musical sensibility and appreciation for artists from cultures around the world is uplifting and inspiring! DavidByrne.com

Leaving more time to get where you’re going also makes you less likely to push past someone else because you’re in such a hurry.
It’s okay to slow down. Taking your time not only lets you be more present, but allows you to evaluate if you’re going in the right direction.

Thanks for all this #GoodNews! It’s important to remind ourselves that the good outshines the bad.
Take a minute or two and give this a read. You won’t regret it.

Agreed. Please continue to educate us about the pains and joys of the people who originally populated this land so we can avoid repeating the mistakes of the past.
Please understand, the content I share with you is not intended to evoke guilt or shame, on anyone. Native history is never soft or convenient. However, it must be taught and embraced. If we as a nation, are to ever have an aggregate healing — from our historical wounds. Agree?

What is more commonly known as ‘Carol of the Bells’ was originally a Ukrainian folk chant welcoming the New Year called ‘Shchedryk’. It was arranged by Ukrainian composer Mykola Leontovych in 1916. Here it is performed by Helena Androsova. (1/3)

Inspiring words:“Optimism isn’t a passive state of being. It’s a constant battle against a world that wants to pull you into a downward spiral of cynicism. To me optimism is freedom; to act, to think, to build, to help, sometimes in the face of impossible odds.” — @lexfridman 💕
I'll never give in to cynicism. Love you all ❤️

I think that when people says prosecuting a former President sets a dangerous precedent, they are right. But it's only dangerous for the former president It makes the rest of us feel safer
Question for those who say prosecuting a former president sets a dangerous precedent: Isn’t it more dangerous to set a precedent that a former president will never face accountability for breaking the law and inciting an insurrection?

I love it when you said “Twitter is a great place to explore what signals provide the right incentive to do good, without the hard hammer of censorship.”
I did my first Twitter Spaces yesterday & posted video on YouTube (hope this'll be doable live natively on Twitter eventually): youtube.com/watch?v=9ARgV3me… It was a fun chat. Thanks to @kimbal, @ericweinstein, @Liv_Boeree, @BestLiveAudio, @JohnnaCrider1 & everyone for dropping by!
