I'm setting up my 2nd one as 'Codette' that is now a personal coding assistant for my 'Codey' personal coding assistant 😂
Grok Bot has managed to become to goto for Coding orchestration, material ordering, schedule keeping, inbox sorting.
In 3 days my team maxed out our AI subs and shipped 320 PRs with Grok Super Heavy, Cursor Ultra, and 4 Cursor team seats.
My Custom ERP is fully refactored for AI coding, thanks to @poteto's guides.
We're Living in @cursor_ai projects/Grokbot and can't go back. It too good!
What's in place now:
-A 99-rule standards doc every agent reads before touching code
-One lint command that fails on the banned patterns
Ratchets, so counts of bad patterns can only go down, never back up
-Strict lint on every changed line
-File size caps: 800 lines per page, 600 per component, 500 per JS file
-No inline code comments, with docs kept in module docs and one shared folder
-A floor on typed function signatures that can't drop
-One documented pattern for each common job
-A strong model writes the plan, and a cheaper model does the mechanical moves
