Hey everyone! Just wanted to share an update: @getnotchnook really does support customers who purchased a lifetime license and never received a refund! I contacted their support team, and they provided me with a new lifetime license at no additional cost. I really appreciate it

Did you know that @getnotchnook is back? 🎃 I used to use it every single day after buying a lifetime license. It genuinely unlocks the full potential of the MacBook’s notch. And the best part? They restored my purchase for FREE. No need to pay twice. Glad to see them back!:) getnotchnook.com/

@Stripe @StripeSupport — before another sensationalist post reaches you: LO.CAFE management, with authorization from the accounts’ representatives, decided to REFUND all active NotchNook licenses due to severe compliance, KYC and customer-data exposure concerns involving accounts acct_1CJkUkGHegUc9ner and acct_1RN17jG24ed7opfb. Customer data and systems remain exposed to unauthorized individuals who are NOT PART OF EITHER COMPANY. We recommend to our customers uninstalling NotchNook and using an alternative for now. @stripesupport 20 days ago you handed over about BRL 30,000 to a well known Brazilian scammer called Igor Marcossi, who has scammed, among other people and companies, one of the biggest real estate developers in Brazil, JFL Living (owned by the billionaire Lemann family), the proptech Tabas by Blueground, Balenciaga stores, and many others, including his own former employees, to whom he owes a lot in unpaid wages. Besides owing six to seven figures sums to some of these companies - and even the Brazilian government in unpaid taxes -, Igor is facing not only civil lawsuits brought by his creditors, but also CRIMINAL proceedings arising from his wanton practices. We know this is not a lot of money (less than USD6,000), but it reveals a huge gap in security and compliance for a company as large as Stripe. Being misled by sensationalist and delusional posts on X, made by someone who had NO authority to act on behalf of the company, which received minimal audience reach and attention, despite his long history of wrongdoings? That’s disappointing. And not because of the money. Accounts and cases: acct_1CJkUkGHegUc9ner  sco_Uu18lJKLiuxRxm  sco_V5guqz20emkKGY acct_1RN17jG24ed7opfb   sco_V7jIFo2stOn0wU   sco_V5oK7QCEGqoVzj For lo.cafe followers: what happened before was not a hijack carried out by a resentful former coworker. It was a legitimate attempt to take control of its social media by the rightful owners of the business after Igor Marcossi had, as usual, tried to scam them. After selling and transferring his ownership stake, he locked the lawful owners out and continued controlling the company’s accounts, revenues and assets. This matter was also brought to the attention of @Setapp and @stripe ; neither has done anything about it. Without authority or authorization, he transferred the lo.cafe and lo.fi domains from @Cloudflare to @INWX, which is based in Germany, in a childish attempt to move the domains beyond the jurisdictions in which he is personally subject. I guess he doesn’t know much about gTLD domains, right, @INWX and @ICANN ? I don’t know how long this post will stay up. Unfortunately, we are no tech geeks. But we have the law, the truth, the facts and the evidence (not childish outbursts or bizarre, unhinged rants) on our side. We’ll maintain an extremely simple, straightforward and documented page about this entire incident, so that you guys can see for yourselves and draw your own conclusions. In the meantime, if you want to make sure you’re getting accurate information (or, at the very least, hearing the other side of the story), please follow @reallocafe Also… grab a coffee, and watch your back. Here’s (not really) a safe place. 😂
