"A must read for any football fan who understands that their club wouldn’t really exist if it wasn’t for the other 91 in the football pyramid that allows us to have our weekly fix. Highly recommend for providing such a huge slice of football nostalgia." conkereditions.co.uk/shop/
Love this from @GotNotGot @ConkerEditions my own postcard about my first trip to Portman Road in 1982. Featured in the new book 'I Was Hooked', a must for your Christmas list. And fitting that @alanbrazil scored the winner that night, given I went on to work at @talkSPORT #itfc
You can now order I WAS HOOKED from the Conker Shop: conkereditions.co.uk/shop/
They will be posted out early next week.

Delighted to be a guest on @YAMOpodcast with Dan and @MattGooders to talk about trips to long lost football grounds, and how my book 'Head for the Floodlights' came from a selection of my Dad's photos from 1988 and 89 @ConkerEditions. Do give the episode a watch here....

Are there split loyalties for Italian #F1 fans this weekend at #Monza? Ferrari or Kimi Antonelli for the win? Great piece here by Lorraine McKenna @BBCSport on the battle for hearts and minds with Kimi pushing for the world title on home track.

A superb travelogue of a season in 1988 and 1989, where the author and his late father Jeremy toured around England and Wales visiting each of the 92 Football League grounds.

Today’s #footballflashback is Shoot! magazine from December 1976. I was 3 at the time so doubtful I bought this!
Kevin Keegan predicts @BristolCity will stay in the First Division (they did), Paul Mariner speaks after his move to #ipswich plus Geoff Merrick poster! #bristolcity
Today’s #footballflashback is the @DailyMirror ‘Stick with Soccer’ album from 1986-87 season. Some quirky player write ups…good to know Nick Pickering won all the cross country races at #coventry and Steve Moran enjoyed finishing the Telegraph crossword. #footballstickers
Today’s #footballflashback is in honour of Frans Thijssen and Arnold Muhren, who did so much to put #ipswichtown on the map. What genius signings from Sir Bobby! Love the Santa suits. #itfc
Today’s #footballflashback is my @WatfordFC season ticket cover from the historic 1981-82 season, where the Hornets won promotion to the First Division for the first time. Under Graham Taylor #watfordfc were fabulous to watch, attacking, full of personalities. Loved that season.
