I flew 15 hours yesterday from NY to Johannesburg. Plane was dark. Everyone was sleeping. Except me and one other guy who had our lights on most of the flight. I’m pretty sure he also uses @timeshifterapp. Bet he feels as good as I do this morning!

Over & over again, we think positive feedback needs to be for big stuff. But it's frequently noticing the small things that drives behavior.
