🎙️ | Guido Vaciago: “The celebration by Bastoni, no, we did not deserve this. Serie A did not deserve it, a much-maligned league that has lost so many champions, that has decrepit stadiums and is now losing the last crumbs of international credibility. Juventus did not deserve it, as they were playing a Derby d’Italia on equal terms with Inter, and who knows what would have happened without Kalulu’s red card. And Inter did not deserve it either, seeing one of the most important nights of their season so tainted, because they might have won the match anyway and they certainly will not win the Scudetto thanks to Kalulu’s red card. What a shame! What a shame also Chivu’s words after the match, when he tries to justify the unjustifiable, to prove the unprovable, that there is a touch and that it is a touch worthy of a yellow card. That yellow card, if they had given it to him when he was playing, well, Chivu would have unleashed an inferno far worse than the one unleashed by Kalulu. So be it, La Penna’s very serious mistake—by the way, why La Penna and not a more experienced referee?—La Penna’s very serious mistake files away a matchday that sees Inter move closer to the Scudetto and, for Juve, makes the fight for fourth place more complicated. However, beware, because Juve’s reaction, that compactness, that ferocity with which they sought and found the temporary 2–2 through Locatelli, represents a significant step forward in the team’s character growth. Juve’s next opponents will find a more ferocious Juve.” #InterJuve [@tuttosport]
