the assembly was such a great platform for him. it touched on things commercial media often overlooks, like his biracial background and ADHD. it showed more layers to him beyond the “chaos gremlin” persona that often gets him misunderstood

may hudson be free from these boring-ass conservative basement dwellers cosplaying as progressive when they’re just fetishizers with a superiority complex and shipping fantasies more fulfilling than their actual lives
being a normal fan is celebrating his achievements (vs downplaying them), listening to his interviews & enjoying them (vs analyzing every word & assigning new meaning), being excited abt his projects (vs. tearing them down) & his future work (vs manufacturing fake concern) 😭😭

hudson’s answer about korean/asian attitudes towards adhd is so poignant to me because nigerians/africans are very dismissive towards neurodivergence in the exact same way.

the hate train against Hudson has never made sense to me. all this man has done since the start of his career is be kind, show up for his costars, connect with fans, support queer athletes and use his platform to raise awareness about SA. yall just can't stand seeing poc succeed

People need to look through his self confidence and humour and just see how sensitive Hudson really is. The way he speaks in the assembly interview shows just how inspiring, gentle, kind he is. He answered everything with such grace, eloquence and so much vulnerability.

can i glaze this grown man for a minute? hudson is just… a doll. so well spoken. unabashedly himself. curious and funny. witty and cool. but most importantly to me, he’s so open and willing to be vulnerable in a way we hardly ever see with men his age nowadays.
RT @hudsonconnorupd: Hudson Williams talking about his friendship with Connor Storrie on The Assembly.
“Quickly, me and Connor realized we…
”Yes Hollander, I would feed you plants you love to eat and build you a big terrarium in front of TV so you can watch hockey and see Hayden lose, now can we go back to sleep?”
