National Seminar on AI in the Indian Financial Sector | GIPE, Pune The RBI Chair Unit of the Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics (GIPE), Pune, successfully organised a National Seminar on AI in the Indian Financial Sector on October 12, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., in the presence of Prof. Umakant Dash, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, GIPE. The seminar brought together distinguished industry leaders and experts to deliberate on emerging trends, regulatory developments, practical applications, implementation strategies, and the risks and governance challenges associated with Artificial Intelligence (AI) in financial services.
