Harness engineering ✅
This is our engineering story.
Until August 2026, our team was writing code without a harness.
In a month, we built a reliable harness based on engineering best practices.
The result:
1. 1664 PRs merged.
2. AWS costs optimized.
3. SEO-optimized pages now cached at the CDN edge.
4. Legacy codebases retired, security audit complete.
5. AI mock interviewer is now voice-first.
The harness was built step by step:
1. By batching processes for background jobs
2. Caching data (close to users when possible)
3. Indexing the database
4. Optimizing for AWS costs
5. Add observable traces and logs
This is the first version of an optimized, self-healing system. We are moving the video editing pipeline here too.
"But what about writing code?"
None. ZERO. No code written manually.
Did system design and AI best practices help? Yes.
If you are a software engineer looking to transition to AI, now is a great time.

Emudhra is a certificate authority recognised by the Government of India.
It issued certificates with a ridiculously small private key.
Folks, it's easy for me to say AI won't change your life.
To reject change instead of acknowledging it.
Just because I suffered through useless stuff like Git commit messages and Java internals doesn't mean you need to suffer too.
AI has made coding obsolete. Get moving, or become history.
Blog post #12: Speculative Decoding
If you have heard of Inference Engineering, you will find this topic useful.

Low-Level Design is dead.
AI has made coding obsolete. No one cares about the programming language we use.
What matters is engineering: making a system reliable, cheap, and scalable.
In the past 3 months, I have worked on dozens of side projects and built custom frameworks for myself.
I hadn't written code professionally since 2019, and yet I was blazing through projects in 2026.
My system design fundamentals helped. My business fundamentals also helped.
Coding didn't. I haven't written a single line myself.
In 2026, code is all generated.
If you are a software engineer, you must transition to AI now.
All the best, my brethren.

Show me the evidence of foreign funding , not the insinuation.. and stop labelling your own fellow Indians who may have legitimate grievances, or disagree with you or ask inconvenient Qs : my limited intervention at the end of Democratic Noise(sorry news) room!🙏
"Show me the evidence, not the insinuation," says @sardesairajdeep. He further adds, "investigate the foreign hand if there is evidence but don’t use it to deflect questions about the government’s own actions." Should dissenting citizens face labels before their questions receive answers?

People can have differences and nuanced takes on CJP but it is inexcusable to remain silent on the custody of Ashutosh and Saurav. This is an egregious violation of a citizen's liberty. Please speak up. If not on principle, than in self-interest, for this is setting a precedent.

ASTONISHING: CJP’s Ashutosh Ranka and Saurav Das still in judicial custody for trespass and violation of prohibitory orders while waving the tricolour at Jantar Mantar (not an act of violence by any reckoning), and Hindu Raksha Dal members who were caught on camera beating protestors out on bail (an act of brazen goondaism). Yeh hai kanoon??😡
