Hot take: creative iterations are massively overrated imo. We’ve been able to scale much harder on meta since we stopped obsessing over them. The problem with iterations is that you're usually talking to the same people. What actually unlocked new spend for us was testing completely new angles. different problems, different buying motivations, different audiences. Stop trying to make 20 versions of your winning ad, find the next angle that wins with a completely different audience 🫡

you have to be a first mover to chadscale lets say you have a problem in business you need to find solutions so you look up solutions that other people are doing who fixed it but thats where the mistake happens the solution that everybody else is doing works less and less over time and therefore maybe you're too late to the party and then you wonder why its not working for you to fix this you have to come up with your own solutions for your problems start activating your own thinking more and more I see "business success" in a way that it just rewards your own competence rather than just copying a "sucessful path" from someone else there is no second winning lottery ticket unique paths are where breakthroughs in business happen but you're too afraid your own thoughts wouldnt work out ...
