Bend, Oregon man who shot and killed a shooter at his daughters' school speaks out, praises female teacher for fighting the shooter, allowing him to have a clear shot.
Kaylub Giamanco says he is haunted by the sound of children pleading for their lives.
He also praised the teacher for grabbing the gunman's weapon, allowing him to take a shot at the shooter.
"I want to recognize [the teacher]. She gave me the opportunity to make my shot without losing my life..."
"I swung the door open, and I stepped in, and I fired, and they dropped to the ground... I looked down at the gunman, and he was scrambling for his weapon. And I looked at him, and I shot him 2 more times..."

Spent 1.5hr trying to book flights using Ai. Still pretty miserable experience.
@Google your Ai beta for Google Flights is completely useless. Not much to say when it just doesn't work.
@KAYAK actually a decent experience but it wasn't clear how much check bags costs or if they were included. Once I went to the checkout links, the costs changed, checked bags disappeared.
@etihad I tried to find out using @grok if you had 1 or 2 checked bags included for international flights. Answer was inconclusive. Grok said they were included but when I was on Kayak, it said only one check bag was included. This experience looks bad on the airlines more so than the broker. Airlines should be pushing brokers to have the best information.
@Chase portal is an infuriating experience but I put up with it only because of the points however when the same flights on other broker sites are 5x cheaper, what's the point? I can't even open multiple windows of the Chase portal to compare different options because the other windows time out.
.@RichardHeartWin would be nice to hear your general thoughts on this from the SEC. I’m sure you’ve been paying close attention.

I had met an extremely wealthy commodities broker in the hot tub at the Ritz in Fort Lauderdale yesterday.
You already know what I told him to look into…
Post-quantum private money, of course.
He instantly got it.
Pretty insane tbh

People won’t like me saying this but the issue is not that there is fraud because how can there be fraud in a system built on theft and force?
The issue is that if Walmart failed to pass an audit customers could go across the street to their competitors. However with the government there is a gun point at your head forcing you to keep paying so there’s ZERO incentive for accountability.

you can beat the federal government with guns
Replying to @jeremykauffman
At the time, watching videos from that Nevada standoff ignited something in me. I think that may have been his brother? It was a moment of realization, you can beat the federal government, with guns
If you have to pay more interest bc you raise rates esp as you move towards increasing t bills (reverse operation twist) then you worsen your own credit because youre accelerating both the timing and prob of default at same time-> higher roll risk higher term premium

Forgive and forget?
Never.
This is James Freeland testifying at the Allison Inquiry.
His mother died two days after the shot.
Neglected by the system. Ignored and covered up. Just a government casualty.
Joseph Stalin this often attributed with the saying “1 death is a tragedy. 1 million is a statistic”.
The Canadian government is no better than Stalin’s.
I also knew an elderly woman who died alone in a bathtub two days after the shot.
Very few of her friends/family even knew that she had gotten the job two days earlier to even connect those two dots.
There will be no justice for this on this earth.
So you have to pray for justice in another realm of the universe.
Any time do you want to pick up on these stories @CBC it’s right across the street from your offices. Literally.
