Every penny donated to us is vital to support the mental health of healthcare workers and prevent suicide. But it’s a fair question to ponder, ‘well where does my money actually go?’
We run a range of free group-based peer programmes focused on mental health. We also work hard to influence decision makers to create a positive wellbeing support culture in the work place and reduce stigma around mental health.
