Gold Medallion winners!! I am SO proud of our incredible team. Thank you to @NSPRA for the honor and @DirkTedmon for being such an incredible partner throughout this project. Itโs a gift to do this work, and recognition makes it even better.
One final takeaway from #NSPRA2023 โ a Manhattan from David Mustonen of @DearbornSchools after a great session on their policies for reviewing challenged books.
So great to see one of MinnSPRAโs best recognized with the NSPRA Presidentโs Award! @RjKaufman, thank you for everything you have contributed to #schoolPR and our students. โญ๏ธ
To be recognized for โoutstanding professionalism, integrity and contributing to the advancement of educational PRโ is high praise for what I believed was simply doing what I loved and was passionate about, albeit under the most extreme circumstances. #NSPRAPresidentsAward

As a leader, there may be no skill more important than emotional self-regulation. I struggled with this for a lot of my career (which of course as a woman, made me extra worried about being a trope). Thread >>
Leaving a #schoolPR week complete with a power outage and off-site admin leadership retreat (on the same day, of course) feeling tired, grateful and incredibly proud to be a member of this team. #WeInspireEACH
So grateful for these awesome MinnSPRA mentors & friends. A great night at the @msichicago #NSPRA2022 !
